Yu Ping has been a professor at the Hubei Institute of Fine Arts since 1999. Since 1995, she has presented her works at numerous international exhibitions and received various prizes, including the ISSY Biennale Exhibition of Contemporary Art in France in 1999, Los Angeles, USA in 2004, Shanghai in 2007.
